Body Mass Index (BMI) is the only index approved by the World Health Organization to assess an individual's corpulence and the possible risks threatening his health.
BMI permits to determine whether you are in a situation of leanness, excess weight or obeseness.
BMI is calculated by dividing the weight (pounds) by the square of the height (inches). A normal BMI is situated between 18,5 and 25.

EVALUATE YOUR DIABETES' RISK WITH FINDRISC
The FINDRISC score was established by the Finnish Diabetes Association (FInnish Diabetes RIsk SCore) to identify people at risk of developing diabetes within the next 10 years.
