Physical activity is now part of chronical diseases' treatment process in order to prevent from complications. Its prescription has to be systematically prescribed and it needs to be as precocious as possible, adapting it obviously to the disease's phase, and even before any medicinal treatment.
Diabetics know it well : the illness damages their blood vessels and increase the risk of cardiovascular disorders.
Therefore, we recommand you to pratice a physical activity on a regular basis, which will lead to opposite effects : a better oxygenation of the tissues, a preservation of the vessels' endothelium (inner side), a decrease of oxydative stress, a decrease of blood viscosity and new blood capillaries developpment.
