How can anxiety be controled while exerting yourself ? 

 

Here is the answer : 

Dompanin and endorphins, the hormones produced during exercing  

 

While you are exercising, wellness hormones -endorphins- are given off. You will feel better, your anxiety level will diminish and your sleep will be calmer. Exercising also permits your brain to give off domapin, a neurotransmitter intervining in the rewards' mecanisms. This explains your euphoric state and your feeling of satisfaction.

Stress relief exercice : 30 mins per day, 5 times a week

 

 

Physical activity acts at 3 levels : it dicreases stress perceived and provides a better shield ; it restricts negative consequences, espcially when it comes to cardiovascular level. By 30 mins per day, at a rate of 5 times a week, sport's benefits are recognized.
