The "Gesture and Posture" coach-led program  brings individualized advice to employees, which permit them to : 

  • Identify the MSD exposition risks related to their work station
     

  • Practice simple flexibility and stretching exercices on a daily basis that are adapted to their working conditions and don't require any specific equipment.
